Nevada CCB Licensed
Recreational dispensaries across Nevada — verified against Cannabis Compliance Board licensing. 21+ only.
Nevada was an early US recreational legalizer (2017) and the Cannabis Compliance Board enforces some of the strictest licensing standards in the country. Possession limits expanded to 2.5 ounces in 2023 (SB 277), and licensed consumption lounges have been operating since 2022. Every dispensary on this site holds a current CCB license.
What to know
The four things every visitor — local or tourist — should know before they walk into a Las Vegas dispensary.
21+ recreational
Nevada is fully recreational for adults 21 and over. Bring a valid government photo ID — passport works for international visitors.
2.5 oz possession limit
Adults 21+ may purchase and possess up to 2.5 ounces (about 70.8g) of cannabis flower or 0.25 oz of concentrate per visit, raised from 1 oz under SB 277 (2023). The dispensary POS tracks this against your ID.
Strip vs off-Strip
On-Strip dispensaries cater to tourists with longer hours and higher prices. Off-Strip and downtown locations have better local pricing and selection.
Consumption lounges open
Licensed cannabis consumption lounges have been operating since 2022 — single-use 10mg THC limit per serving, 50mg per session. They cannot serve alcohol; bring your own purchase or buy on-site.
Legal info verified April 2026.

Most Strip casino-resorts have no-smoking policies that include cannabis, even in smoking rooms. Possession is legal but consumption on hotel property typically isn't. Several 420-friendly hotels exist off-Strip; you can also visit a licensed consumption lounge.
Several CCB-licensed dispensaries sit within 10 minutes of the airport, including 24/7 locations and drive-thrus. Filter by 'open now' on the listings page if you're landing late.
Up to 2.5 ounces (~70.8g) of cannabis flower or 0.25 oz of concentrate per visit per adult 21+. SB 277 raised the limit from 1 oz in 2023. The dispensary POS tracks this against your ID.
Strip dispensaries are faster (shorter walks from your hotel) but priced for tourist convenience. Off-Strip and downtown spots have wider selection and better prices, often with the same product lines.
Licensed cannabis consumption lounges have been operating since 2022 — these are dedicated indoor venues regulated by the CCB. Public consumption (the Strip, Fremont Street, casino floors, rideshares) is still illegal. Private property only otherwise.
Per Nevada regulations: 10mg THC per single serving, 50mg THC total per session while on the premises. Lounges can't serve alcohol; ventilation and odor control are tightly regulated.
Federal law still classifies cannabis as illegal, so flying out of LAS with cannabis (even to another rec state) is a federal offense. Don't risk it.
